Run a crawl
Start a crawl and wait for the status to complete. Current crawls process up to ten pages.
Review knowledge
Open the Library to confirm which content was indexed for the selected website.
Test questions
Use the chatbot testing view and try questions that match the indexed content.
Common checks
- Crawl did not start: confirm the URL is public and includes http:// or https://.
- Content is missing: confirm the page is linked from the site and available without signing in.
- Answer is incomplete: check whether the relevant information appears in the knowledge library.
